A FLASH programmer must eat, drink, and breathe actionscript. A FLASH programmer will be responsible for creating the ultimate FLASH site hierarchical structures, as well as being called upon to create custom navigational tables, thumbnail displays, simple game creation, geometrical development, and interaction with XML and PHP files.

• A firm grasp of Actionscript is mandatory.
• At least an entry-level grasp of PHP, Javascript, and XML will be necessary.
• An advanced proficiency in coordinating movie clips, external files, and controlling animation through actionscript will be mandatory.
• A basic understanding of FLASH and its translation into HTML documents is mandatory.
• Must have a basic understanding of Photoshop & Illustrator and the file standards for importing to FLASH.
• At least 2 years of combined experience in FLASH Actionscript / web programming is mandatory.
